These general terms of use of the website govern the terms and conditions applying to access to and use of https://label-qr.com, owned by Generadores de Catálogos Web y Servicios de Internet S.L, Tax ID ESB05279310, hereinafter "the Company". The user must read and accept these terms in order to access the services and information on the site. Access to and/or use of the site implies full acceptance of these general conditions.

General terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the site, including the content and services available to users. Some services may be subject to specific conditions.

Duration and payment of subscriptions

Subscriptions last for one year. During this time, you may create and modify the pages of the QR codes generated by the user according to the plan purchased. If the subscription is not renewed, you will not be able to access the app or create and/or modify new QR codes. The generated QR codes and their landing pages will remain operational for a period of 5 years; if the subscription has not been renewed during that period, they will be irreversibly deleted.

Recurring payment. By paying with a credit card or PayPal account, you authorise label-Qr.com (Generadores de Catálogos Web y Servicios de Internet S.L) to automatically charge your credit card for the renewal of your subscription. If the user cancels their account, recurring charges are cancelled immediately and no charges will be made after cancellation.

Products and Services

The prices of the services or products shown on our website are stated in euros and do not include VAT, unless expressly indicated.

Shipping policy

Digital product, online sale only.

Order cancellation

The user must take into account the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital products. Under Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun.

Returns and Refunds

Digital products are not subject to return or refund. Once the purchase is complete, access to the content is provided immediately.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are advised to review them periodically.

User obligations

The user undertakes to make responsible use of the site and not to disseminate content that could compromise its operation.

Intellectual and industrial property

All content and trademarks on the site are the property of the Company or their rightful owners. Creating links without express authorisation is not permitted.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any claim, the courts and tribunals of Granada shall have jurisdiction.
