This site, whose pages follow the pattern label-qr.com/qr/…, provides the electronic label of grapevine products: the mandatory product information (ingredients, nutrition declaration and other particulars) accessed by scanning the QR code on the packaging, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/2117, Regulation (EU) 2026/471 on wine labelling, and Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 on food information to consumers.

The product information shown on each electronic label is provided by the food business operator responsible for the product (the winery or bottler identified on the label itself), who is responsible for its accuracy.

No data collection, no tracking

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/2117, the electronic label pages of this site do not collect or track any user data: they use no cookies or any other tracking technology, embed no analytics or advertising services, and request no personal data whatsoever.

As with any web hosting, the server generates technical access logs (IP address, date and requested resource) for the sole purpose of ensuring the security and operation of the service, on the basis of the owner's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are not used for profiling and are not shared with third parties. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and others recognised by the GDPR by writing to info@label-qr.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Use of the information

The information is provided for the sole purpose of complying with European labelling legislation for grapevine products. The electronic label contains no information aimed at sales or marketing of the product. The owner accepts no liability for any misuse of the published information.

The contents, designs, images and source code of this site are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without the prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited.
